We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Utility Tree Trimmer to assist with our tree trimming operations. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of vegetation management, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior tree trimmers in trimming and removing trees and vegetation near utility lines.

Operate and maintain tree trimming tools and equipment under supervision.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Participate in safety training and follow established safety protocols.

Clear debris and clean up work sites after trimming operations.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor immediately.

Attend and contribute to team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

UTT training or equivalent experience and basic knowledge of tree trimming techniques and tools.

Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs) and work at heights.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to climb trees and work at heights under supervision.

Capable of lifting heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs).

Physical stamina and the ability to work in physically demanding environments.
