PVMA Fall Workshop is taking place October 24th, 2024 at the iHOTEL & Red Deer Conference Center (formerly Radisson). Members $50+GST, Non-members $100+GST Payment must be received by October 16, 2024, to hold your spot. Registration fees are non-refundable after October 16th. An admin fee will apply to cancellations prior to October 16th. Featuring: Breanne Tideman a research scientist with the federal government, She works out of the Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada research and development facility in Lacombe. Andy Low, RRF is a Registered Professional Forester and is a Senior Wildland Fire Specialist with Forsite Consultants Ltd. Andy will be presenting on Wildfire preparedness and risk mitigation topics such as Historical context, Basic overview of the fire environment, Fundamentals of operational fire preparedness and prevention and Program-level fire preparedness and prevention. Credits are being applied for BC, AB, SK & ISA.
